Meet Our Team

Sally is the first employee of Caldwell County Foundation, a former Board President, and a founding board member. 

 A career strategist and coach, she has worked with companies and professionals across various industries for over 20 years. Sally has volunteered extensively within the Lockhart community and continues to serve on the LEDC, CCAD, and LDBA boards.

Missie is a Senior VP at First Lockhart National Bank and a longstanding, active member of the community. She has served in several volunteer leadership roles, most recently as Chair of the Lockhart Chamber of Commerce.

Phil is active through his church and a lifelong resident of the area. He is a proud founding member of the CCCSF.

In 1987 Jerry's dad Claude Hinkle taught him to be a surveyor, and he's been doing that ever since. He became registered in July 2000, carrying on the family business that has been in operation since 1951. Jerry’s work takes him all across the county. Jerry has an interest in veteran support services.

Dennis is the founding Past President of the Caldwell County Community Services Foundation. He has an extensive background in the grant world and proudly served as the grants administrator for Caldwell County prior to his well-deserved retirement in 2023. Dennis continues to work with CCF as a consultant and often teaches grant writing workshops.
